- Process and analyze complex data sets utilizing Microsoft Excel.
- Apply foundational accounting principles and knowledge to support daily operations.
- Perform daily sales transaction reconciliations from the ALFAGIFT platform.
- Monitor and track fund settlements from various payment channels.
- Prepare, verify, and organize necessary financial data for daily journal entries.
- Provide support to the Customer Service (CS) team in verifying and processing refund claims.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Economics, majoring in Accounting.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply / Minimum 1 year of experience in the Retail or E-commerce industry is highly preferred.
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of Python is a plus (not mandatory).
- Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and proactive/self-motivated.
- Accustomed to managing and working with large volumes of data.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Able to perform effectively under tight daily deadlines.
